Eight-ball explanation

8-Ball is a popular game in many country. 8-Ball was started in the 19th century. The first ever 8-Ball recorded was in 1908. 8-Ball is a popular game in the U.S.A there are 16 balls and there are 15 coloured balls. The ball colours are 1 and 9: yellow, 2 and 10: blue, 3 and 11: red, 4 and 12: purple, 5 and 13: orange, 6 and 14: green, 7 and 15: brown, 8: black and  the white is the cue.

You can continue playing until you do a foul or you don’t hit a ball. While in the process of the game. When you're playing eight-ball one person is chosen to break which means you hit the ball and you have to try and split all of the 15 balls. When you get the ball in the holes you get your numbers if you get a one in you get 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 and the others get 9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15 the 8 ball is the last ball to get in for any player.

8-Ball is a fun moving activity for a party game, Friendly game or a family game. 8-ball is also a difficult sport to play you have to stretch and try to hit the cue before you run out of time. You only get a certain amount of time to hit the ball with cue. The best part of the game is when you win.

When playing 8-ball you need technique and patience. It would be hard to hit the ball if you're shaking or not concentrating. When you hit all your balls in all you would have left is the black ball. If you hit the black ball in without hitting the other ball it would be an automatic win for your opponent and you will be disqualified from the game.

Sound is energy that we hear. Sounds begin with vibrations. Vibrations are caused when something moves back and forth very quickly. Vibrations travel through the air in all directions. We call these vibrations sound waves.

Our ears have three parts. Each part has a special job to help us hear sounds. The outer ear is the only part that we can see. It catches sound waves that then travel to the middle ear. The middle ear sends the sound waves to the inner ear. The inner ear changes the sound waves into signals that go to our brains. That‘s when sound is heard. Hearing happens very quickly.

Almost every animal has a body part that hears. Not all animals' ears are like ours. Birds don't have outer ears, and their middle ears are covered by feathers. Snakes only have inner ears, which are connected to their jawbones. This allows snakes to feel vibrations from the ground, where tasty food might be living.

Every sound has a pitch. The pitch of a sound is how high or how low the sound is. Study the graph. Each bar shows the lowest pitch to the highest pitch heard. The numbers are given in a measurement called hertz. Pitches over 20,000 hertz are too high for humans to hear.

Why are these parts so important?                Eardrum, when a sound wave hits your eardrum it vibrates.   Auditory nerve, The auditory nerve is connected to the brain and your brain translates it. Ear,  Your ear is what takes the sound wave to  the eardrum and the brain.

A Malaysian airlines aircraft was lost but no one knows where it went. Malaysian airlines had two New Zealand passengers on board and two people with stolen passports. There was one radio call before it just vanished into thin air and it also went past it’s point where it was supposed to land. The number to the missing aircraft was MH370.

There were lots of people that think they saw the missing aircraft.One of the men at an oil factory in the middle of the ocean though they saw a plane on fire going towards the sea. There was also a person that saw a piece of scrap metal that could have fallen off the plane that could be a clue to the missing flight.       
The people have been looking for days for the aircraft. All They have found is debry in different places. It’s even been on one side of malaysia and then the other. Malaysian airlines does not know where It had crash landed or landed.

The Australian navy and a New Zealand plane have been looking for days and night. There has been sightings of debris everywhere no one knows where it could have crashed. New Zealand has been searching day and night for the plane but all they have found are pecas of metal just floating in the water.

Prize giving

Yesterday we had prize giving. The juniors witch are the years 1 - 4 Where in the after lunch and the seniors witch are the years 5 - 8. I was in the Senior prize giving. I did the year seven dance and we did Fresh prince of belier. I was on the second row to the front. There was acting and dancing In our performance. I liked our performance Because The acting was funny and the dance was fun.

The best performance to me was the year 8 performance Because they sang and danced and the boys and girls all did different dances and all sang a song at the end of the song. The boys Dance was probably the best dance because they all did it at the right timing and none of them where off time.

I got to see almost everyones dance apart from the juniors. I had a lot of laughs watching some of the dances.
